Round Knife Series

This round knife is suitable for various films under 3mm. It employs a non-powered trimming device (which can also be powered) that drives the round knife to cut the film via traction, solving several major problems associated with traditional blade trimming (such as uneven winding, edge lifting, dust, S-shaped edges, frequent blade replacement, and operational safety). The blade has undergone three generations of improvements, achieving complete overlap without gaps, significantly extending the blade's service life. Normal service life can reach up to 3 years.

2. The central knife slitting linkage device allows for easy left and right adjustment during the slitting process. The standard width left-right movement distance can exceed 600mm (can be arbitrarily increased upon customer request). Film slitting width can be adjusted freely, offering convenience, speed, and reduced waste.

3. Simple frame installation and maintenance are very convenient.

4. Trimming distance can be customized according to customer requirements.
