Its main function is rapid crystallization, enabling molecular reorganization within the recycled materials to meet the standards for reuse.
The output ranges from 200kg/h to 800kg/h. Depending on the properties of different polymers, a suitable output requirement can be selected. For ordinary PET recycled materials, it only takes 40 minutes to complete the crystallization of one batch of material.
The control system uses PLC control, and the electrical components feature a Siemens touchscreen for operation, making it simple and easy to use.
